Message about conflicts: We try to work around conflicts when possible but it has become increasingly harder and harder to schedule rehearsals. In preparation for this year, know that a typical rehearsal schedule begins as early as 3:40 and often as late as 6:30 on Tues, Wed, Fri and on some Saturdays we typically rehearse 10:30 - 2:00. Rehearsal schedules are posted one week in advance or more and you will likely not be called for all rehearsals. Please try to schedule your conflicts after 6:00 or 6:30 pm. Due to a flexible cast size, there will be opportunities for smaller roles if you have conflicts. Please discuss these concerns with us prior to casting.
When we are rehearsing a show, we need these rehearsals to be the priority and you will need to schedule your other rehearsals, classes, work, etc. around this schedule. We will do the best we can to work around approved conflicts at the time of your audition such as college auditions, and SAT's. No conflicts (minus approved exceptions) will be accepted in our last two weeks including tech and performances 11/30 - 12/13 ( there will be no rehearsal during Thanksgiving break).
