SCHEDULE

Clue tech meetings:

• Tech meetings will take place on Thursday. Additional meetings/builds will be announced.

General schedule: 

Tuesdays 2:15 - 3:30 - Lighting crew (beginning 11/7)

Thursdays 2:15 - 3:30 - Sound crew (beginning 10/26)

Thursdays 4:30 - 6:30 - Tech meetings (all tech departments)

Light focus - time 2:15 - 6:00

Tues. 11/28

4:30 - 7:30

• Crew dry tech (All tech crew minus lights, sound, costumes) - no actors 

• Run through all scene in order 

• 
  

Wed. 11/29

3:45 - 8:30

• Cue to cue (FULL CAST and CREW - minus costume, hair and makeup)

• All light crew - set light cues  

• All audio crew play sound effects and music as needed, fit actors to mic - sound check)

Thurs. 11/30

3:30 - 8:30 Full Run #1

• FULL CAST and Crew (except costumes, hair and makeup)

• 3:30 Sound crew - begin putting actors in mic at 

• 3:45 Sound check 

• 4:00 Run begins 

*if cue to cue not finished we will begin with cue to cue first

• FULL CAST and Crew (except costumes, hair and makeup)

There are mandatory builds next weekend, 12/2 and 12/3.  All crew members are required to come for at least 2 shifts. The shifts are as follows:

        12/2: 10:00-1:00

        12/2: 1:00-4:00

        12/2 3:00-6:00

        12/3: 1:00-4:00

        12/3: 3:00-6:00
